Art is where I return to myself.

A Quiet Beginning

I grew up in silence. I often felt more than I could say, and for a long time, I believed that being soft meant being small – that quiet had no place in the world. But over time, I came to understand that my quietness wasn’t a weakness. It was the beginning of everything I create.

My art began as a place of safety – a space where I didn’t have to explain myself. As I explored texture and form, I began to understand myself more gently. I learned to trust that even without volume, what I create holds its own presence.

Today, I paint in stillness. In that stillness, I feel connected – to myself, to nature, and to something deeper. Every painting is a quiet offering: not a performance, but a trace of feeling made visible.

My Process

I work with structure paste and acrylic on canvas. I don’t begin with a plan – I listen. Curves, lines, layers: they unfold on their own. I respond more than I direct.

Texture is how I speak. Movement is how I breathe. My works are not meant to tell stories, but to hold space – for thought, for rest, for whatever needs to be felt.

Each painting is a quiet conversation with me – and sometimes, with the space between feelings.

Why I Paint

I don’t paint to explain, impress, or declare. I paint to be present. To create a space where silence is allowed – even welcomed.

If my work offers you even a moment of stillness, a pause, or something wordless that feels honest, then it has done what it needed to do.

Thank you for being here.
I hope you find something gentle here.
